		<content type="html"><![CDATA[Tim,<br /><br />That is an interesting thought.  I didn't see anything abnormal on my last phone bill, so I think it's okay.  Also, the code number was 12 digits, so it is too long for a phone number.  Just for kicks, I did try dialing the code number and received a "your call cannot be completed" recording after dialing the 4th digit.]]></content>

I think, that I did not see much episodes since Flower died... Now I watch at a guy, who hunts for snakes and he takes some photos of them and photos of other animals he finds.]]></content>

I will concede that the press release was not spam like the others, nevertheless it is not what Connections Magazine readers are interested in seeing.<br /><br />From a product/software standpoint, there is one key difference between the needs of inhouse and outsourcing call centers.  Outsourcers deal with multiple clients, so their systems need to easily and effectively scale to handle hundreds or even thousands of accounts.  Since this is not a requirement for inhouse call centers, many products designed for  them do not work efficiently for outsourcing call centers.  If Verint's products have been successfully implemented in a multi-client outsource call centers, then that would be a case study of great interest to the readers of Connections Magazine.<br /><br />Thank you for the clarification.]]></content>
